Enough in the Tank for Another Fast, Furious Sequel

If it still runs, why leave it out to rust?
In light of the green dust left swirling when Fast & Furious came roaring out of the gate with a record $72.5 million last weekend, Universal has confirmed to E! News that a sequel (or, technically, a fifthquel) is in the works.
The studio weighed in after Paul Walker, aka FBI Agent Brian O'Conner of F&Fs 1 and 2, said during a Friday-morning interview with MYfm's Valentine that, "without question," he and Vin Diesel are coming back for more.
"This was supposed to be it," he said of their latest go-round. "There wasn't supposed to be the open-ended closing like there was. When I first read the screenplay, I was like, 'Man, look what they're doing.' But without question, with the way things opened up, Vin and I will be coming back, we're making a fifth one, and we're going to Brazil, that's it."
When asked how he ended up signing on for Fast & Furious, Walker basically said he owed it to the fans.

Lo Bosworth may not want to see her best friend Lauren Conrad leave The Hills, but she does think the series can survive without her.
In fact, Lo thinks Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt could probably replace Ms. Conrad as the MTV reality show's headlining act.
"They get great press on their own, so there's always the possibility that the show can do really well with them as main parts," Bosworth told us last night at the IS vodka-sponsored opening of new Hollywood nightspot Halo.

Jared Leto Gives More Than 30 Seconds to Rescued Kids

Jared Leto wants kids in need to have more than a so-called life.
The actor-musician and his band, 30 Seconds to Mars, on Friday opened up their recording session in the Hollywood Hills to boys and girls who were rescued from prostitution by the Los Angeles-based nonprofit Children of the Night.
COTN, which counts Hugh Hefner and the Johnny Carson Foundation among its biggest contributors, has aided more than 10,000 youngsters between the ages of 11 and 17 since its founding 30 years ago by Dr. Lois Lee.
Leto recently visited the 24-bed facility/school/counseling center and, after sitting down with some of the residents, was compelled to give back.

Hrithik Roshan rumour of split with Suzzane

It has become a trend in Bollywood to link the co-stars of a movie and how could Hrithik Roshan be an exception after giving seemingly hot hot scenes with Barbara Mori in ‘Kites’. The actor has been linked with his ‘Kites’ co-star Barbara Mori by the media ever since he began shooting the film with the sexy Mexican star. But the latest grapevine has it that the alleged affair between Hrithik and Barbara has caused a permanent rift in Hrithik’s marriage and that his wife Suzanne has walked out of their home and gone to her parents’ place.
However, Junior Roshan laughs off the rumor calling it funny. He says, “It is too funny!! Yes Suzanne has shifted to her parents’ place with the kids two days ago and I was to join her on my return as there is a white ant treatment going on in my house and a section of my floor is being renovated”.
To add further, Hrithik said that he was with Suzanne right now having a picnic with his kids and parents-in-law.
Hrithik’s statement was released Tuesday after the tabloid carried a major news item with the headline “Hrithik-Susanne split?”. The article suggested that the couple is heading for splitsville.

Prachi Desai to play a Muslim girl for Ekta Kapoor

Prachi Desai has been signed for Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Films to play the role of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim’s soul mate Mehjabeen in Milan Luthria’s ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbai’.
Prachi will be playing a Muslim working class girl in 1975 who gets involved with a don. Prachi has done a lot of research on the role and says, “This character is from a time that existed before me. Yes I’ve done plenty of reading on my character. I want to look and feel like Mehjabeen. And it’s such a challenge. And doing a film with Balaji is like coming home. Shobha Aunty, Jeetu Uncle and Ekta are like family. I remained connected with them when I did Rock On because it was directed by Ekta’s cousin Gattu (Abhishek Kapoor). My second film Life Partner has Ekta’s brother Tusshar Kapoor as my co-star. And now I’m finally doing a Balaji production.”
Ekta and Prachi are going through all the available video footage on the lady. In fact they have been hunting through all over the Muslim localities of Mumbai last month including Haji Ali to pick up authentic salwar-kameez.
Says Prachi, “That’s true. I didn’t want to get into yet another wife’s role after Rock On and Life Partner. Come on, yaar! I’m so young. I want to have fun and I keep getting these serious roles. But playing the don’s life partner in Once Upon A Time … was a challenge that I couldn’t resist.”

Katrina Kaif flaunts her tattoos on chest and arm

After Saif Ali Khan’s tattoo ‘Kareena’ on his arm (Oh! That is pretty stale now), Deepika Padukone getting a RK tattoo on the back of her neck, Akshay Kumar getting the tattoo of his son’s name, and many more, the latest person in Bollywood to be inked is none other than the gorgeous damsel Katrina Kaif.
